چکیده
Chronic rhinosinusitis is a chronic inflammatory condition that caused by many factors. However, the underlying mechanism of remains unclear. The current study focused on roles triptolide hydrogen peroxide treated nasal epithelial cells and underling mechanism. Hydrogen human were cultured different concentrations triptolide, cell growth death determined counting kit-8 flow cytometry methods. Moreover, effects expression superoxide dismutase as well malondialdehyde in evaluated enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analysis. Furthermore, phosphatase tensin homolog deleted chromosome 10/phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B molecules have been examined Western blot method. We found treatment markedly inhibited dose-dependent manner could reverse effect induced peroxide. significantly decreased apoptosis manner; moreover, reduced levels dose dependent manner. Finally, downregulated 10 upregulated phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase related signalling vitro. In conclusion, may exert anti-apoptotic anti-oxidative behaviors via affecting signaling. results work provide new evidence for research management rhinosinusitis.

Cuscuta campestris induces apoptosis by increasing reactive oxygen species generation in human leukemic cells
Objective: Cuscuta campestris or common dodder is a holoparasitic plant that has been valorized for treatment of liver injury and cancer prevention in traditional medicine. Recently, extract of C. campestris had shown moderate antimicrobial properties and cytotoxic effects. In this study, we examined the level of cellular oxidants, cytotoxicity, apoptosis and differentiation induced by hydr...
متن کاملIsoquercitrin Inhibits Hydrogen Peroxide-Induced Apoptosis of EA.hy926 Cells via the PI3K/Akt/GSK3β Signaling Pathway.
Oxidative stress plays a critical role in endothelial injury and the pathogenesis of diverse cardiovascular diseases, including atherosclerosis. Isoquercitrin (quercetin-3-glucoside), a flavonoid distributed widely in plants, exhibits many biological activities, including anti-allergic, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidative effects. In the present study, the inhibitory effect of iso...
متن کاملReactive oxygen species and hydrogen peroxide generation in cell migration.
Directional cell migration is a complex process that requires spatially and temporally co-ordinated regulation of actin cytoskeleton dynamics. In response to external cues, signals are transduced to elicit cytoskeletal responses. It has emerged that reactive oxygen species, including hydrogen peroxide, are important second messengers in pathways that influence the actin cytoskeleton, although t...
متن کاملEndothelial Nitric Oxide Production Effects of the Reactive Oxygen Species Hydrogen Peroxide and Hypochlorite on
Reactive oxygen species (ROS) hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and hypochlorite (HOCl) participate in the pathogenesis of ischemia/reperfusion injury, inflammation, and atherosclerosis. Both NO and ROS are important modulators of vascular tone and architecture and of adhesive interactions between leukocytes, platelets, and vascular endothelium. We studied the effect of H2O2 and HOCl on receptor-depende...
